This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to request assistance if you encounter any issues.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Quorevion products include a 30-day quality warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or production defects
  • Loose stitching, seam issues, or construction faults
  • Defective zippers, buttons, or closures
  • Fabric imperfections present upon arrival
  • Incorrect item, size, color, or variant received
  • Damage caused during shipping

If your issue falls within these conditions, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, or improper care
  • Shrinking, fading, stretching, or fabric pilling over time
  • Stains caused by cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes, or other substances
  • Accidental damage such as tears, burns, or pulled threads
  • Items altered or modified after delivery
  • Items returned with strong odors (e.g. smoke, perfume, chemicals)
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

These situations are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. How to Submit a Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@quorevion.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Free replacement (same item, size, and color, subject to availability)
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

All shipping costs related to approved warranty claims will be covered by Quorevion.

5. Warranty Period

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
